the location is really good, only a few minutes walk from the train station n city center. the staff were super friendly n let us check in early. the kitchenette was nice, even tho we didn't use it much, good to have if staying longer. the room was clean and comfy, perfect for a short stay. they had fast wifi too, which was a bonus!

but it was kinda noisy outside at night, so earplugs are a must. also, there was no fridge in our studio, which was weird for an apartment.

My experience was marred a bit by the heat—on a scorcher of a day at 32°C, the inability to open the windows was frustrating. A lack of shelving in the shower forced me to balance my soap and shampoo on the edge, making for some awkward moments. On the top floor, my room had some odd drainage noises that popped up at random times, which might bug the more sensitive types. Oh, and if you’re hoping for a toaster in the room, good luck with that. it’s not included, so if you're dreaming of breakfast in bed, you might be disappointed.

my stay at the gresham exceeded my last experience in leicester. the superior studio was stylish and spacious, making it perfect for a relaxing couple of nights. the staff were welcoming and even allowed an early check-in, which was a nice touch.

Fresh towels were provided, and there were hot drink facilities too. It felt like everything I needed was right there. Only downsides were that plumbing noise from the room above was a bit annoying, and a full-length mirror would have been nice.
